Introduction

The following Terms of Service is an agreement between Nathan McCracken (hereinafter, "us", "we", “our”, or "natemccracken.com") and you ("the customer" or "you" or "your"). This Agreement sets forth the general terms of service of your use of the services made available by Nathan McCracken and of the natemccracken.com website.

By ordering services provided by Nathan McCracken, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement, you are not authorized to continue using the products or services.

Refund Policy

Nathan McCracken provides 3 types of products/services, as outlined below:

Payment Dispute Policy

Opening a dispute or charge-back request against a payment sent to Nate McCracken is a direct violation of our terms of service. This will result in your digital product license being revoked if the dispute is not cancelled within 48 hours.

Any successful dispute or charge-back against a payment to Nathan McCracken or Nevit Digital will result in an immediate, but most times temporary, blacklisting of your payment address and internet address (IP Blacklist).

If there is something wrong with your purchase, or you did not receive the product you purchased, you are required to contact Nathan McCracken. If there is no reply within 72 hours, you may then open a dispute on the transaction.

Ownership & Intellectual Rights

Products sold by Nathan McCracken are not under your ownership after purchase and can not be resold or claimed as your own in any way.

The customer reserves the right to resell any exclusively made graphics after completion of the service.

After any exclusive graphic is complete, Nathan McCracken is allowed to display any version of your service product on any of his public portfolio pages. This includes: natemccracken.com & nevitdigital.com along with any associated third party services.

Removing the credit to Nathan McCracken or Nevit Digital on your provided product/service is a violation of these terms. If you would like to remove the credit, please contact me to have it added to your invoice.

Changes to Terms & Privacy Policy

Although most changes are likely to be minor, Nathan McCracken may change its Terms of Service and or Privacy Policy from time to time, and in Nevit Digital's sole discretion. Nevit Digital encourages visitors to frequently check this page for any changes to it's Legal Page. Your continued use of this site after any change on this Legal Page will constitute your acceptance of such change.
